We are pleased to present the 44th annual Strawberries 'N Arts Festival, hosted by The First Parish Church United of Westford. The Festival will be held on the Westford Town Common Saturday, June 15, 2019 from 10:00AM to 4:00PM. It is our policy to request that all crafts be handmade by the exhibitor. The reselling of imports and/or retail products is prohibited. We reserve the right to limit the number of crafters in a specific category.
We provide priority to last year's exhibitors by holding their previous booth assignment, with the proviso that we receive a completed application by March 15, 2019. New exhibitors applying for vacant booths are asked to return a completed application by March 30, 2019. New exhibitors should not send a check until their application is accepted. We expect to notify all new applicants of acceptance by the end of April. Payment of the festival fee will be required within 7 days of acceptance. All participating exhibitors will receive an e-mail confirming their booth assignment by the end of May.
You are invited to participate in our Festival Raffle by donating an item from your booth. In exchange, we will advertise your booth number on the item. Raffle proceeds go to our Outreach program. The application fee of $80 is due with the application for returning exhibitors, and within 7 days of application acceptance for other exhibitors. Please make checks payable to First Parish Church United and mail them to the following address:
